Week 5
This week in English we began our new English unit. We started to learn about instructions and that they include verbs. The children wrote instructions for pirates on a pirate ship using verbs.
In Numeracy the Year 2s learnt to compare numbers using the <, > and = signs and to order numbers. Year 1s learnt to use a number line to count numbers up to 30.
In PE we started to create a dance using words based on the text Superworm and in Geography we continued to learn about physical and human features.
