Term 1 Week 4
It has been another busy week in Elm Class. We have continue with our learning on Robinson Crusoe this week linking it to diary entries. We learnt about tenses and time conjunctions which we could then use in our learning to write about Robinson's experiences.
In Maths Year 4 have been learning about rounding to the nearest 10, ordering numbers over 1000 and reading and writing in Roman numerals. In Year 3 we have been learning about ordering numbers to 1000 and how this links to place value.
In Science this week we learnt about the amazing work of Thomas Edison and the impact he has had on our lives. We also learned about Mother Teresa in our RE learning and the amazing things she did to help those in need.
