Week 6

This week Holly Class have learnt to write recounts of their trip to Maidstone Museum using time conjunctions. The children also included details about their feelings during the trip.

In Numeracy, the Year 1s have been consolidating their knowledge of counting in 2s, 5s and 10s and the Year 2s learnt how to estimate and measure temperature. Noah said that measuring temperature using thermometers was his best lesson ever.

This week the children had the opportunity to visit St Martin's Church to take part in their Easter Experience. The children behaved in a very respectful manner whilst at the church and enjoyed the activities that showcased significant parts of the Easter story.
