Term 6, Week 2

This week we have been celebrating Father's Day. We have made Father's Day cards and focused on writing the inserts ourselves using our sounds. We also looked at instructions, where we followed a recipe to make our smoothies which we all tried and thought were very yummy. 

In Maths we learnt about odd and even numbers and doubles. We played number bingo and showed what numbers were odd and even. We practiced showing doubles using counters and our fingers. 

In PE we have started practicing for our sports day. We are looking forward to showing you all of our activities we are going to complete. We can't wait to see you all there to support the children! 

Next week we have an exciting trip for our summer vote. We are going to bowling on Friday 20th June. Please ensure you child wears sensible shoes as we will be walking down to Hollywood Bowl in Maidstone.
