Cherry Class Blog 2025 26 Term 6 Week 6

Welcome everyone to our penultimate blog of the academic year!

Everyone has been busy this week, whether it has been Year 6 beavering away on their end-of-year production (both acting and singing and making sure the props go on and off the stage at the correct time!) and Year 5 working through measures in Numeracy.  We focused on 'capacity' this week, where we went onto the field and the children very sensibly estimated and measured the actual capacities of various sized containers.

The staff have been busy writing and checking school reports and I have printed them off today and they will be handed out to the children on Monday (13th) to go home. 

Thank you for the chocolate your children brought into school this morning - contrary to popular belief, this is NOT for my personal consumption (!) but for me to sell later at the 'Festival of Fun'!
