Welcome to Holly Class

Holly Class is a Year 1/2 class.  Our teacher is Miss Muddassir and our teaching assistants are Miss Parkes & Miss Prentice.

In the event of school closure, learning will continue via Microsoft Teams - log in details are available from the class teacher or via the school office.

Home Learning

Home Learning is completed online and aims to improve and consolidate the important basic skills of reading, spelling and times table recall. Home Learning is monitored and checked as this supports your child's learning in school.

Every week, your child will be set activities on the following websites: 

• Reading:  School reading books and/or Oxford Owl (https://www.oxfordowl.co.uk/)
• Spelling: Spelling Shed (https://www.spellingshed.com/en-gb) 
• Times Tables: TT Rockstars (https://ttrockstars.com/) 

All children must complete their tasks every week.

PE

Children are required to wear the following P.E kit:

• Plain black shorts
• Plain black tracksuit bottoms
• T Shirt in team colour - red, green, blue or yellow.  Please ask if you are unsure which team your child is in.
• School sweatshirt or unbranded grey or black hoodie
• Plimsoles or trainers
