Week ending 6.2.26

This week in our class, we’ve been having a fantastic time exploring various subjects.

In Maths, we tackled subtraction through engaging word problems that encouraged us to think critically and exchange ideas. The children showed great enthusiasm as they solved problems together.

In English, we delved into the delightful book Man on the Moon by Simon Bartram. The story sparked our imaginations and led to lively discussions about space exploration. We also learned about the incredible achievements of Neil Armstrong and Tim Peake, including the first moon walk and life aboard the International Space Station.

In PE, our focus was on gymnastics, where we practised balancing on various apparatus. The children demonstrated impressive skills and teamwork, supporting one another as they perfected their routines.

It’s been a week full of learning and fun, and I’m proud of everyone’s hard work.

Have a lovely weekend.
