Week ending 27.2.26

This week, our classroom has been filled with exciting learning adventures. In Maths, we’ve been exploring multiplication using arrays, making it fun and visual. Meanwhile, in Design Technology, we indulged in a delightful selection of Italian foods, including olives, mozzarella cheese, pizza bases, pasta and cherry tomatoes.

In Religious Education, we learned about the various festivals celebrated throughout the year, enriching our understanding of different cultures. Our Art lessons took us into the world of Gustav Klimt, where children created their own beautiful patterns inspired by his work.

In English, we enjoyed reading “The Frog Olympics,” which sparked our imaginations. This is linked to our topic, Olympics, where we have been learning about the recent winter Olympics in Milano Cortina. Our Geography lesson focused on the difference between climate and weather, as well as the various climate zones around the world. Children learnt how we live in a temperate climate whist other countries struggle with extreme heat and/or cold. In PE, we practiced different jumping techniques and moved on to skipping.

Term 4 certainly has started brilliantly!

Well done for a brilliant class assembly on Friday!

Have a fabulous weekend.
