Week ending 12th September 2025

What a week it has been in Maple Class.  There have been many 'firsts' in the past two weeks, one of them being our swimming lessons on Monday.  The children walked down to the pool extremely sensibly and enjoyed their first session.  A huge thank you to the parent helpers that joined us - it really does make a difference.

In literacy we are reading Robinson Crusoe and have been writing descriptions about him and the island.  In numeracy we have started our learning on place value and ensuring that all our log-ins work for TT Rockstars.

A couple of reminders - please ensure that jumpers/cardigans etc are named and that your child has a water bottle to keep in our classroom.

Finally, please come and speak to me if there are any issues - I am always around and as your child will tell you - love to have a chat!
